She provides individualized, comprehensive musculoskeletal care focusing on alternative treatment options such as physical therapy, acupuncture, and medical management of pain. Dr. Mariani performs electrodiagnostic testing to diagnose radiculopathies (pinched nerves in the back and neck), compression and peripheral neuropathies.
