Muhammad Abbasi, MD

About Muhammad Abbasi

Dr. Muhammad Abbasi and Dr. Jason Levitz take great pride in offering compassionate care in a warm environment for patients going through all stages of cancer and blood disorders.

“We are able to maintain a small, intimate, and personalized experience for patients yet also provide all the levels of care that are expected, with access to clinical trials, multiple therapies, and cutting-edge technology,” says Dr. Levitz.

“Since we are a private and independent practice, we can make all decisions for the patient first without the all-encompassing governance of larger organizations,” says Dr. Abbasi.

In his twentieth year with the practice,Dr. Abbasi is board certified in hematology and oncology. He has experience and expertise in treating various malignancies and hematological disorders, and he runs a research department in the practice where several clinical trials are conducted and are available for patients. Board certified in oncology and hematology, Dr. Levitz takes a particular interest in treating breast cancer and gastroenterology malignancies.

The doctors, along with colleagues Drs. Fazal Bari, Naveed A. Jan, and Chris Tully, work cohesively when treating patients. “We have outstanding chemistry among us, and if one of us has a question, we seek out our colleagues for their perspective,” says Dr. Abbasi.
