Dr. Peter Sarkos specializes in hand and wrist surgery including carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, scaphoid fractures of the wrist, distal radial fractures, and common finger fractures. He pursued the field of orthopedic hand surgery because both of his grandfather’s lost fingers in construction accidents and he has always wanted to help others with similar injuries. He credits joint replacement of the fingers as the greatest advancement in hand and wrist surgery.
