Dr. Ralph G. Del Negro, managing partner of Del Negro & Senft Eye Associates, is a board-certified eye physician and surgeon and a glaucoma specialist. He shares his practice with Drs. Carl J. Senft, Marina Glatman, Tina V. Shah, and Patricia E. Carniglia. Together, they have grown the practice over the past 31 years to three locations in Monmouth County and Ocean County. Dr. Del Negro explains, “The vision, care, and comfort of our patients is our greatest priority, and I value every team

Throughout his career, Dr. Del Negro’s approach to provide compassionate, patient-centered care has remained constant. With extensive experience in the most advanced diagnostic and microsurgical techniques, he continues to provide state-of-the-art options to his patients. Most recently, he has introduced the light adjustable lens to the area, providing the first customizable vision results with cataract surgery. “The ability to perform sight-restoring procedures is a gift that I do not take lightly,” he says. “I am truly honored to have patients entrust their eye care and surgery to me. Dr. Del Negro is a member of several ophthalmology societies and served on the Board of Examiners for the Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology. He is chief of ophthalmology at Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center and vice chair of ophthalmology at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.
