Art Of Living Foundation’s NJ Meditates Offers Free Online Sessions

The Art of Living Foundation (AOLF), a global educational and humanitarian non-profit has launched ‘NJ Meditates’ a free online initiative to help the community to manage stress, anxiety, and improve well-being during these trying times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

These complimentary digital offerings also provide an opportunity to learn restorative tools to unload stress, build resilience and strength and find relaxation and peace within.

The sessions include simple, yet effective breath work and guided meditations, led by certified meditation experts of the Art of Living Foundation.


Relaxing Meditation

Daily: 7:30 am to 8:00 am; 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm

  • Free to join via Zoom link

  • Each session will consist of gentle yoga, simple breathing techniques and relaxing guided meditation

  • Attend as many sessions as you like

Just Yoga

Mon-Thurs; 7:15 pm to 7:45 pm

Fri-Sun; 7:00 am to 7:30 am

  • Free to join via Zoom link

  • Includes asanas suitable for beginners led by trained instructors

  • Attend as many sessions as you like
