This spot has built a loyal following by offering one of North Jersey’s best all-you-can-eat sushi values. Everything is made to order, so rolls arrive fresh rather than sitting on a buffet (which is a huge deal-breaker for me when it comes to fish). The extensive menu also makes it easy to mix sushi with hot appetizers and entrées from the kitchen menu.
THE MENU
For $32.99 per person, the all-you-can-eat menu includes unlimited sushi, sashimi and specialty rolls, plus dessert. Beyond sushi, diners can order favorites like shrimp tempura, gyoza, spicy crab salad, teriyaki dishes and takoyaki (octopus balls).

Order in rounds instead of all at once. The kitchen turns out dishes quickly, and pacing yourself lets you sample more of the menu without feeling rushed. Even if you skip the all-you-can-eat option, expect generous portions.
