The spot—which also has locations in Kenilworth, Fair Lawn and Verona—specializes in dumplings and promises that its dumplings, buns and wontons are made from scratch with the freshest ingredients.
THE MENU
The star of the show is the dumplings. Choose from more than 10 filling options, including the expected as well as options like chicken with corn and shrimp with pork and chives. A number of soup dumplings, as well as vegetarian dumplings and buns, are also on the menu. Bao also serves other Chinese favorites like egg drop soup, fried crab wontons, sautéed dishes like beef with broccoli, and noodle and rice choices.
