Rules for iPod drawing
1. No purchase required.
2. Prize is one 4GB iPod Nano.
3. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania and cannot be an employee of New Jersey Bride, or New Jersey Monthly.
5. The winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or before May 18, 2007. Odds of winning are dependent on number of entries received.
6. The winner will be notified by May 21, 2007. Prize must be claimed within one week of notification.
7. The prize is not redeemable for any monetary value, nor transferable.
8. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
9. The winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with the rules.
10. New Jersey Monthly reserves the right to use the winner's name and photograph for publicity purposes.
