In the vast parking lot of the Whole Foods and K-Mart mall in West Orange, a convoy of out-of-state utility trucks rest while their crews presumably do the same...

And next to the utility trucks were half a dozen long-distance-type charter buses, perhaps used to bring the crews from whereever they are eating and sleeping to jump back in the cabs and return to work.

Or is their work done, at last? The utility trucks and their crews can work night as well as day, don't you think?
