Location: Where Duncan Avenue dead ends at the Hackensack River, affording a view of the big PSEG Hudson Generating Station* on the opposite side.
*Although PSEG definitely has a generating station on the Hackensack River, I’m not positive this is it. Anyone who knows for sure what this facility is, please comment below.
