Kalahari and New Jersey Monthly Win a Poconos Family Getaway Rules
1. Fill out the entry form between 7/1/2024 – 7/31/2024.
2. Winners will be selected in a random drawing taking place after August 1, 2024. Winners will be notified via email. In the event we do not hear back from the winners within 3 days of sending the notification email, we reserve the right to select alternate winners.
3. The Sweepstakes is open to adult residents of the United States only. One entry per household. Employees or interns of New Jersey Monthly or Kalahari Resorts, including their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of such employees, are not eligible to enter.
4. Void where prohibited.
5. Prizes:
- Grand prize: Two-night stay at Kalahari Resort-Poconos, plus a $100 dining credit. (ARV: $900). Travel expenses are not included.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Participant agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless New Jersey Monthly and Kalahari Resorts, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, as applicable, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising out of your participation in or association with the Sweepstakes. New Jersey Monthly and Kalahari Resorts are not responsible for any miscommunications such as technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable, and unavailable network or server connections, related technical failures, or other failures related to hardware, software or virus, or incomplete, late or misdirected submissions.
New Jersey Monthly and Kalahari Resorts reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should any computer virus, bug or other technical difficulty or other causes beyond their control.
New Jersey Monthly and Kalahari Resorts are not responsible for (a) late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, incorrect or misdirected Submissions or other communications, (b) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines, or (c) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of submission materials, loss or otherwise. 7. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: New Jersey Monthly and Kalahari Resorts reserve the right to modify the Start Date, End Date, and the right to modify, add or remove additional Sweepstakes deadlines for any reason. Any changes will be communicated through the Sweepstakes Website.
