About Dr. Allen D. Rosen
Plastic surgery is a fascinating medical field that requires creativity, craftsmanship, and artistry to overcome complex, ever-changing surgical challenges. Since I started private practice in Montclair in 1989, I am proud to have been consistently recognized as a leader in my field by both patients and peers.
The professional culture at the Plastic Surgery Group centers around the values of service, support, and compassion. This “Ritz Carlton” approach keeps our team focused on satisfying all the needs of those we care about from start to finish. Therefore, we are inspired by our five-star reviews, which are a testament to our success.
“Safety first” is my mantra when it comes to surgery. I achieve this goal by paying meticulous attention to detail before, during, and after surgery and by talking honestly with each patient. Doing the right procedure for the right patient, in the right place, and at the right time, minimizes risks.
Patients can rest assured that by choosing a legacy practice like ours, with generational longevity and stellar credentials, they will get the best care and results possible.
Seeing happy, satisfied patients is the favorite part of my work. However, as a bonus, I have the pleasure of working with a top-notch staff and get to apply my surgical skills in a state-of-the-art center.
I try to balance my work and personal life, so I spend most of my free time with my wife of 43 years, Sherri, and our children and grandchildren. I also enjoy spending time with my friends—playing golf, traveling, scuba diving, fishing, boating, swimming, gardening, and participating in other outdoor activities.
