Find a Select Surgeon - Plastic Surgery

Changing your physical appearance, whether for medical or cosmetic reasons, can change your life as well. When undergoing such a transformation, it’s critical to work with the most highly skilled surgeons.

New Jersey Monthly is proud to announce the 2024 edition of the Select Surgeons Plastic Surgeons list, an elite grouping of the state’s top doctors performing plastic surgery across 26 procedure categories. This distinction is based on a number of criteria, including experience, qualifications, surgical results, and reputation. Only the top doctors in each category are named to the Select Surgeons Plastic Surgeons list.

The list is based on a 360-degree analysis of potential surgeons, incorporating as much relevant objective information as possible. The selection process targets the top surgeons for 26 different procedures so patients can find the most appropriate surgeon for their needs.  View our methodology here.

About Dr. Todd A. Morrow

As founder of a practice that combines otolaryngology/head and neck surgery with facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, I take a patient-centered approach to build positive relationships based on trust and mutual respect. My primary focus is on the face, with an emphasis on rhinoplasty (aesthetic, reconstructive, functional, ethnic, and revision nasal surgery). My goal is to establish a natural-looking nose that suits your face and balances well with your other features. Cosmetic surgery cannot create the perfect nose—there is really no such thing. I counsel all my patients to have reasonable expectations and a proper attitude about their cosmetic nasal surgery. This is often facilitated by computer imaging, which helps establish a plan of care through shared decision-making.

My team strives to exceed our patients’ expectations. Aside from providing prompt and courteous service, we are dedicated to making the patient experience as pleasant as possible. I am fortunate to have staff members who are both attentive and caring, many of whom have been with me for over 25 years! We spend as much time as possible with each individual, thoroughly discussing their concerns, conditions, and treatment options. I am especially honored when called upon to treat colleagues, peers, and their families.

Although I have performed thousands of facial plastic procedures, both cosmetic and reconstructive, in my 29 years of practice, I measure my success by the quality of my work rather than the quantity. The feeling of immense satisfaction when I see the joy and excitement on the face of a rhinoplasty patient as I remove their dressings and they see the transformative results for the very first time is extremely rewarding.
