About Barry A. Kaplan

For over 35 years, Dr. Barry Kaplan has been recognized and respected for his expertise and compassionate care. His dual training in prosthodontics and the surgical placement of implants offers patients comprehensive treatment plans in one location. He also provides crowns, bridges, dentures, cosmetic procedures, and implant reconstructions. To perform implant surgery, he uses 3-D planning software and a dental CAT scan, and then completes the final implant reconstruction by designing the teeth in a custom lab. Treatment plans are custom tailored to each patient’s needs while placing emphasis on a stable and healthy bite and aesthetically driven restorations. Dr. Kaplan often uses cutting-edge grafting
procedures to rebuild bone where necessary to enhance the functional and esthetic outcomes.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Kaplan is an associate professor at Morristown Medical Center and an associate professor at Advanced Implant Education.
