Drs. Fabio G. Apolito and Ira J. Zohn are at the forefront of their specialty, providing root canal therapy, root canal retreatment and endodontic surgery, and are also experts in treating traumatic injury. They are regarded by referring dentists as the “go-to” office for endodontic needs.

Dr. Apolito, a graduate of UMDNJ, received his endodontic certification at NYU College of Dentistry and completed his residency at Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack University Medical Center Mountainside. He is director of endodontics at Hackensack Meridian Health Jersey Shore University Medical Center and vice chairperson of the Freehold Board of Health, as well as immediate past supreme chapter president of the Xi Psi Phi international dental fraternity.

Dr. Zohn, an alumnus of UMDNJ and Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, is a past director of endodontics at Hackensack Meridian Health Jersey Shore University Medical Center. “People who arrive a bit apprehensive are often pleasantly relieved to discover how easy the procedure is,” he says.
