Drs. Gregg Jacob, Shahid Aziz, and Jessica Lee have more than 30 years experience in orthognathic surgery with cutting-edge technology at a state-of-the-art facility in Florham Park. Highly skilled in corrective jaw surgery and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, dental implant surgery, and wisdom tooth removal, the doctors can rebuild bone structure with optimal patient comfort. The practice is fortunate to also include Dr. John Amato.

Dr. Jacob focuses on obstructive sleep apnea surgery; cleft palate surgery; complex implant, maxillofacial reconstructive, and dentoalveolar surgery; and in-office anesthesia. A graduate of the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, he is an assistant clinical professor of surgery in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York.

A graduate of Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Aziz specializes in facial trauma and reconstructive surgery. A professor of oral and maxillofacial surgery at Rutgers University, he also founded Smile Bangladesh, a non-profit that provides surgery to children and adults with facial cleft deformities.

Dr. Lee is primarily focused on cleft palate and craniofacial surgery in addition to office-based surgery and anesthesia. She graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.
