His state-of-the-art facilities in Glen Rock and Ramsey have set a high standard for patient care, and his practice was the first oral surgery group in New Jersey to introduce robotic implant surgery to patients in 2021.

“The applications for that technology continue to improve and have become sought-after by patients,” he says. “It’s truly the ultimate guided surgery and has made things more predictable and less invasive, especially for implant placement. Also on the horizon is tissue engineering, where people will not have to undergo elaborate bone grafting procedures. I’m optimistic about seeing more advances in my field in the near future.”

Using the most modern medical concepts, Dr. Saker’s primary focus is on implants and implant surgery, including All-on-X, which is a very convenient, teeth-in-a-day concept. He also performs a wide variety of oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures, including bone reconstruction and other same-day procedures.

“My work is supported by an amazing staff,” he says. “They are highly trained in all aspects of their jobs and create a very enjoyable atmosphere for patients.”
