Husband and wife Dr. Keshava Shiva and Dr. Gayithri Keshav, and their son Dr. Roger Keshav, provide comprehensive, evidence-based health care at their practice, with a particular focus on cardiovascular and renal care, along with internal medicine. “I specialize in cardiac care, especially preventative measures, and our patients can get 2-D echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, EKG stress tests, and Holter monitoring at the premises,” says Dr. Shiva.

“My focus is on renal care and helping patients to prevent or postpone the end stage where they will need dialysis,” says Dr. Gayithri Keshav. “We address each patient with respect and dignity while providing the best-quality care. We also specialize in hard to control high blood pressure.”

Dr. Roger Keshav focuses on the treatment of kidney diseases, including hypertension-related kidney disease, diabetic kidney disease, and glomerulonephritis. “My goal is to educate and motivate my patients to take control of their medical issues,” he says.

The doctors, who work with nurse practitioner Arlene Deoleo, enjoy being able to provide high-level care to patients and help them do the best they can with their cardiovascular or renal illnesses and live their best lives.
