About Lee M. Angioletti
At the Retina Center of New Jersey (RCNJ), Dr. Patrick Higgins and Dr. Lee Angioletti strive to provide top-notch care in a comfortable, professional atmosphere at state-of-the-art facilities.
Specializing in diseases and surgery of the retina, vitreous humor, and macula, both Dr. Higgins and Dr. Angioletti have extensive experience in clinical research, with the practice being one of the largest retina/ophthalmology clinical research centers in the United States. RCNJ physicians have participated in more than 100 clinical trials, including working on many that have led to the creation of pharmaceuticals that are currently being used as the standard of care in the retina/ophthalmology field today. Dr. Higgins is also the founder, president, and CEO of Eye Centers of America, which includes 75 doctors at 52 office locations throughout New Jersey. He was named one of Newsweek’s Top Ophthalmologists in America this year.
The physicians at RCNJ specialize in diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retina vascular occlusions, retinal detachments, epiretinal membranes, macular holes, trauma, and post-cataract complications, as well as other retina diseases and conditions.
