The Jersey Shore Cigar Box Guitar Festival will be held on June 29th at the Asbury Park-Wall Elks, 3409 West Bangs Ave. Neptune, NJ…. from 12:00pm to 7pm.
We will have live bands that feature homemade instruments including Shane Speal’s Snake Oil Band, April Mae and the June Bugs, James Day’s Suitcase Ramblers, Louie La Manna’s Electric Folk and Blues Band and the Cigar Box Stompers. Shane Speal, the King of the cigar box guitar, will be giving a Cigar Box seminar and will also have his Antique Cigar Box Guitar Museum display on site, There will also be, not only cigar box guitar vendors, but various artists and crafters, all sponsored by CBGitty.com and the Elks Lodge 128!!!!
The Elks will be providing food and beverages for purchase. Please be aware that no outside food or beverages are allowed. The admission fee will be $10 and tickets will be available on Eventbrite and available at the door the day of the festival…
