New Jersey Wine & Food Festival

The New Jersey Wine & Food Festival at Crystal Springs Resort is returning May 3-5 with a bang, headlined by Special Guest Chef Tom Colicchio, the NJ-native multiple James Beard award winner and head judge of Bravo’s Top Chef, currently in its 21st season. With more than 200 wines, dozens of spirits and over 30 top restaurants from across the Garden State, the weekend-long Festival offers unforgettable experiences to attendees who will enjoy tastings of unique wines and sophisticated spirits, seminars, dinners and parties, and meet participating chefs and winemakers.

The Festival kicks off with three events on Friday, May 3, including the exquisite five-course Wine Cellar Dinner by Chef Tom Colicchio paired with the exclusive wines from Napa’s prized Eisele Vineyard, and the day also features the Top Chefs & Top Wines Dinner with Top Chef finalist Sara Bradley and contestant David Viana, James Beard award winner Karen Akunowicz, and Aishling Stevens, executive chef at Crystal Springs and its Restaurant Latour.

Saturday May 4 is filled with tastings, seminars, dinners and parties from morning until night, including the Grand Tasting bringing together the region’s top culinary talent with VIP Experience chefs like NJ-icon David Burke, Jacques Torres, Bryce Sorem (Terroir, NYC); and Francesco Palmieri bringing back his beloved restaurant The Orange Squirrel for one night only. A Cinco de Mayo Sunday brunch will cap off a weekend filled with food, wine, cocktails and fun.

The New Jersey Wine & Food Festival takes place at Crystal Springs Resort (1 Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg, NJ), New Jersey’s premier culinary destination and home to Restaurant Latour.
