Pennington Farmers Market

the pennington farmers market opens on saturday, may 25 for its 16th season on the lawn at rosedale town & country (formerly called rosedale mills) on route 31 in pennington! the market is open rain or shine, every saturday 9 a.m. through 1 p.m. beginning the last weekend of may and ending in november the week before thanksgiving. shop the fresh produce & artisan vendors, listen to live music, and learn about area organizations at the nonprofit tent. our vendors sell coffee, oats, herb & vegetable plants, organic produce, fruit, mushrooms, flowers, eggs, grass fed meat, fish, honey, maple syrup, jam, salsa, tomato sauce, soap, sheepskins, bread, pastries, baked goods, wine, spirits, organic olive oil and empanadas. join us for monthly events that often include children’s games, like tomato day, blueberry day, customer appreciation day, and a holiday bazaar in november. the hopewell valley green team comes the last saturday of each month to collect hard to recycle items like plastic bags and film packaging, single use razors, dental care products, brita water filters, select electronics, and button cell batteries. the market collects both non perishable and perishable donations for the aunt chubby’s food project and hopewell valley mobile food pantry each week. visit the pennington farmers market website for a full list of participating vendors and more information about events at the market.
