Restaurant Review

Reflections Café

Style: Diner menu with a few upscale twists.

Don’t Miss: For breakfast, the brioche French toast ($10), which is stuffed with raspberry jam and cream cheese, is a sweet start for the day. The Jersey omelet is also a popular choice–thick and filling, with lumped crab meat and asparagus. For lunch, Reflections does the kind of Caesar salad ($14) you’d expect to be made tableside in a jacket-only steak house. No slivers of chicken here, but hefty lump portions. The sandwiches, like the turkey club ($11) and BLT ($11), are big enough for two meals.

Heads Up: Breakfast is served all day, but has a scaled-down menu during lunch and dinner hours. Of all of the dining options on the Harrah’s property, Reflections Café is right in the middle of the road when it comes to style and price (no one’s going to stop you from wearing shorts to the restaurant.) If you’re just looking for a bite to grab and go, the Taste of the Shore food court next door is a better bet. For true upscale dining on the property, try the Steakhouse.

The Scoop: Reflections used to be located right off the casino floor before this version—at about a $14 million price tag—was added to the property. Even though it’s a popular family dining choice, it does have a full-service bar.

Price: $$ ($15-25)

Hours: 24 hours a day
