With wine dinners, events celebrating different cultures, and more, there are plenty of fun food and drink events in New Jersey this June.

A Night in Spain, Green Pear Heights Restaurant Jersey City

June 3, 8 pm

Enjoy a night in Spain at this Jersey City restaurant, complete with a two-hour concert and flamenco show with a dancer from Barcelona. The main dish and dessert menus will be revealed to guests after purchasing their tickets. Options include fish, chicken and vegetarian. Tickets are $60 per person and are required before entry. Wine Dinner with Rombauer Vineyards, Oceanaire Seafood Room • Hackensack

June 10

An exclusive, four-course wine dinner is coming up in Hackensack. The night features wines from Rombauer Vineyards, with a representative on-hand to guide guests through each tasting. The dinner menu includes chilled cauliflower and a Maine lobster salad, salmon, wagyu steak, and a cheese plate with fruits and nuts. $175 per person.

Summer Fiesta Flemington

Hosted by the United Way, the town of Flemington is putting on a Summer Fiesta. The party includes food, live music, drinks, artisans and vendors, and activities for kids. Admission is free, but be sure to bring cash for food and drinks.

Comedy and Cocktails, Harbor Pines Egg Harbor Township

June 11, 6 pm

Enjoy a night of laughs at this South Jersey destination for just $59 per person. The ticket price includes a show from four NJ-based comedians and a gourmet Hawaiian Island buffet. The buffet includes a whole roasted pig, salmon, jerk chicken, rice and beans, pasta, desserts and more. Tickets are required upon entry.

DuMOL Wine Dinner, The Feathered Fox Livingston

June 18, 11 am

Partnering with Santa Margherita and Luca Paretti Wines, Shannon Rose is pairing wines with a four-course menu, including watermelon salad, pulled duck quesadillas, avocado toast, and fresh berries with granola. Guests can sip the eatery’s new Pride Month Cocktail, available all month, with all proceeds donated to the Pride Center of New Jersey. Tickets can be purchased online, $65 pp.

Juneteenth Celebration, The Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum • Skillman

June 18, 11 am-3 pm

Jersey’s only Black History museum is holding its first Juneteenth celebration. The event includes live music, performances, community speakers and activities for kids. Meals are being provided by The Big Easy in Trenton, which is serving all kinds of BBQ. General admission $25 online, $30 at the door. Children 12 and under $10.

Le Diner en Blanc • Atlantic City

June 25

This Parisian pop-up picnic is making its way to Jersey this month. The event takes place in a mystery location in Atlantic City, where guests will dress in all white and enjoy a meal in a temporary setup in a public place. Guests can pack their own picnic or pre-order meals from Feast Your Eyes. The event is invite-only, and guests will receive their invitation via email on the day of, with information regarding the event’s location.

Wine Festival, Meadowlands Racetrack • East Rutherford

June 25, 4:30-9:30 pm

Enjoy an evening at the Meadowlands with more than thirty wineries in attendance. The event features harness racing, live music, food vendors and wines from around the world, including samples from Whispering Angel, WolfPack, Concha y Toro Gran Reserva and more. Tickets range from $45-$65; racing begins at 6:20 pm.

Northern NJ Empanada Festival • Clifton

June 25, 11 am-7 pm

To raise money for the Passaic County Parks Commission, Clifton is hosting an empanada festival highlighting local vendors. Guests can sample a variety of empanadas, vote for their favorite, and see who wins best empanada. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Dogs welcome. $8 for adults, $5 for children.
