This North Jersey bakery is set to open in Brick, its first Shore location, in the next few weeks. Gourmet cupcake flavors include French toast, tiramisu, and peanut butter and jelly. There’s also an assortment of cakes and other goodies. Gluten-free cupcakes and coffee will be available, too.

Kailani Shave Ice & Ramen, New Milford

Shave ice flavors at this new spot include sunrise (passion fruit, mango, coconut), sour fruit (pink lemonade, lemon-lime, apple) and sunset (pineapple and grape). The ramen menu includes miso, tan tan, and shoyu, as well as a build-your-own bowl option.

Jasper Stone Italian Steakhouse, Monroe Township

This steakhouse features an all-Italian menu. Steaks include ribeye, New York strip and Kansas City strip. Also available: seared sea scallops, crispy branzino, pork chop with jalapeño relish, oysters, tartare and more. Appetizers include Wagyu meatballs, pork belly, crispy shrimp, calamari and salads. MrBeast Burger at Blend on Main, Manasquan

MrBeast, the YouTube personality who opened his first brick-and-mortar MrBeast Burger in the American Dream Mall this year, plans on using Blend on Main as a ghost kitchen. Patrons will be able to order online from MrBeast’s menu of burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, fries and more. An opening date has not yet been determined.
