1776 • Morristown

The restaurant is preparing a prix-fixe Easter brunch ($65 per person) and a prix-fixe Eatster ($85 per person). Both menus consist of an appetizer or salad, an entrée and dessert, plus optional additional sides ($10 each). Brunch dishes include French toast sticks, fig-and-prosciutto flatbread, skirt steak and eggs, banana-nut pancakes, and a chocolate tart. Dinner dishes include lobster dumplings, braised lamb ragu, Tuscan salmon, and clothesline bacon.

Enjoy an eclectic Easter brunch menu from 11 am to 3 pm, or a dinner menu from 5 to 9 pm with spring-themed options. Crystal Springs Resort’s restaurants • Sussex County

This luxury resort spans across multiple Sussex County towns. There will be an Easter brunch buffet at The Canyon Ballroom at Minerals Hotel in Vernon Township with seatings at 10 am, 12:30 pm and 3 pm. At Grand Cascades Lodge in Hamburg, brunch will be served at the Emerald Ballroom from 11 am to 4 pm; Springs Bistro will serve several Italian Easter specials from 3-8 pm. Brunch at Black Bear Golf Course in Franklin is 11 am-3:30 pm.

Farinolio • Westfield

The Italian bakery/cafe is offering brunch and dessert items for pickup. Pastries include a crostata al limone, gluten-free carrot cake, and a Tuscan brunch box that comes with savory pastries, cheeses, fig jam and olive spread. Reserve orders via phone, and pick them up on Easter Sunday up until 12:30 pm.
