Blu on the Hudson • Weehawken

While overlooking the Manhattan skyline, enjoy a special à la carte Easter brunch on Saturday and Sunday 11 am-4 pm. The specialty menu includes a smoked salmon tower for the table, avocado toast tasting trio, ricotta strawberry pancakes, wagyu skirt steak and eggs, and more, plus cocktails like a black truffle Bloody Mary. Blu’s dinner menu will also be available all day on both days. Last seating on Saturday is 11 pm and Sunday is 9 pm.

Crystal Spring Resort’s restaurants • Sussex County

This luxury resort spans across multiple Sussex County towns, and different spots are offering Easter brunch and dinner specials. There will be a brunch buffet in Canyon Ballroom in Minerals Hotel with seatings at 10 am and 12:30 pm. Brunch at Black Bear Golf Course is 11 am-3 pm. Restaurant Latour in Crystal Springs Clubhouse will be offering 3-course and 7-course tasting menu with Easter specials starting at 5 pm. Crystal Tavern in Crystal Springs Clubhouse will be open all day, serving its full menu with some Easter specials. Springs Bistro in Grand Cascades Lodge will feature several Italian Easter specials. Felina Steak • Jersey City 

The Hudson House’s onsite restaurant, Felina Steak, will be serving Easter brunch and dinner specials from 11 am-6 pm. À la carte specials include burrata French toast, spaghetti carbonara, petit filet frites and a shareable seafood platter. Reserve online.

Grain & Cane, Berkeley Heights

Grain & Cane is offering a variety of specialty dishes and cocktails for the holiday, with a brunch menu that includes crab cake benedict and a dinner menu that includes fig-glazed lamb chops. For dessert, try the special carrot bundt cake. Easter cocktails include the Blossom Spritz (elderflower, fresh cucumber juice, lemon, mint leaves and proesecco).

Halifax, Hoboken

Enjoy Easter brunch with a view of the Hudson River. Halifax is offering unlimited small plates like smoked salmon, challah French toast, and potato poutine, plus one bottle of sparkling wine per person for $49. Liberty House • Jersey City 

Easter brunch at Liberty House offers views of the Manhattan skyline. From 11 am-6 pm, enjoy the brunch buffet, which includes waffles, omelets, pasta, mashed potatoes, seafood, and carving and antipasti stations. Try out the international cheese and fruit display too. On Saturday, March 30 from 10 am-noon, Liberty House will be hosting its Annual Easter Egg Hunt for the kids, with cookie and egg decorating, face painting and a visit from the Easter Bunny.

Enjoy a 2-course, prix-fixe Easter brunch at world-renowned chef Marcus Samuelsson’s restaurant, located in the American Dream mall. Easter brunch begins at 11 am, and the menu is filled with bites like pancakes with blueberry lavender jam & creme chantilly, braised short rib sandwich and burrata basil linguine. Sátis Bistro’s Easter Sunday dinner begins at 5 pm, and the à la carte menu includes hearty dishes like truffle-roasted organic half chicken, grilled duck breast and a mixed grill entree with beef, lamb and sausage, seasoned and grilled to each customer’s liking.

Avenue Le Club • Long Branch

On Easter Sunday, sit down to a three-course prix-fixe brunch. Choose from heirloom beet carpaccio, trout amandine, steak frites and escargots. The Cranbury Inn • Cranbury

There are three Easter specials at The Lambertville Station Inn hotel’s on-site restaurant. All day, running from 10 am-5:30 pm, there will be an Easter buffet in the Riverside Ballroom, with a holiday brunch station, carving station, raw bar, desserts, a special kids’ buffet and more. Easter brunch, 10 am-1:30 pm, features an à la carte menu with ham scramble, steak and eggs, french toast and more. Easter dinner, 10:30 am-6 pm, will feature dishes like ricotta gnocchi, honey glazed ham and roasted rack of lamb.

A three-course, prix-fixe menu will be offered between 11 am-3 pm for Easter Brunch. It includes dishes such as bruschetta, shrimp frittata, smoked lamb shoulder, and lemon elderflower cake for dessert. $55 per person; reservations are recommended.

Rat’s Restaurant • Hamilton

At this beautiful destination, enjoy an Easter brunch featuring an eggs Benedict station, a toast station, a tater tot bar, a crepe station, a fondue station, made-to-order omelets and so much more. Braddock’s Tavern • Medford

An Easter brunch buffet will run in Braddock’s Colonial Ballroom from 11 am-3pm, featuring items like avocado toast, mac n cheese, grilled vegetables, french toast casserole, shrimp frittata, salmon and steak. À la carte brunch will be served 11:30 am-4 pm in the dining rooms, with similar items, plus shared plates and tavern fare.

An Easter brunch buffet in Coastal Blue’s 3rd floor Ocean View Ballroom runs from 10 am-4 pm. In addition to classic breakfast favorites, like potatoes, bacon, and french toast, there will be an omelet station, baked ham carving station, mashed potato bar, lobster bisque, shrimp fra diablo pasta and dessert bar, plus cocktails.
