Drift Restaurant & Bar is the newest addition to Weehawken’s culinary scene at Lincoln Harbor. Inspired by the Hudson River’s waters and the vibrancy of the Gold Coast, the design evokes a sense of “astronaut meets underwater.” The 17,000-square-foot space blends futuristic elements with natural materials.
