Landmark Hospitality Group’s newest space includes a Manhattan tavern–inspired restaurant and bar, an outdoor/indoor beer garden, an outdoor patio with fire pits, and an upstairs event space. The beer garden, open now, features 40+ beers on tap and German-inspired fare. Village Hall Tavern is set to open on November 30.

Da Mimmo, Dumont

TikTok influencers Vincent, Antonio and Vito Gigante recently announced the opening of their own Italian restaurant in honor of their late great-uncle, Dominic Rizzi. The restaurant will feature Italian classics with a twist, brick-oven pizza, house-made mozzarella, pastries and more. Doors open November 22; the grand opening is December 4.

Marketplace, Teaneck

This addition to the Glenpointe corporate campus includes themed stations: Daily Grind, Flour Shop, Choc-A-Lot, Some Like It Cold and Drink Up. Offerings include sandwiches, coffees, made-to-order salads, housemade ice cream and other treats. Marketplace is open daily for lunch and dinner.

Restaurant Closings:

Brooklyn’s Pizzeria, Edgewater

After 25 years, this Edgewater essential is closing its doors. The announcement came on the restaurant’s website, which stated that the last day will be November 26. The eatery encourages guests to visit its remaining locations in Ridgewood and Hackensack.
