Style: A dimly lit, but cozy downtown BYO serving classic café dishes. Indoor seating opens onto a street-front dining area.

Don’t Miss: The classic French onion soup ($6) makes a great starter, especially in cold weather. Lunch and dinner menus offer an extensive raw bar with clams, oysters, Maryland lump crabmeat and Gulf shrimp. Hearty sandwiches give the lunch menu its backbone. These include grilled chicken on a Kaiser roll ($9) and turkey with applewood smoked bacon and Swiss ($9). Classic Italian dishes range from shrimp scampi ($24) to gnocchi pesto ($18)—all with house-made pasta. At dinner, pan-seared Atlantic salmon dijonaise is served with a Dijon cream sauce, crispy onions, rice pilaf and vegetables ($25). Maryland-style lump crabcakes with horseradish mustard come with mashed sweet potatoes and vegetables ($28). Chicken francaise ($19) and veal Milanese ($24) are also notable.
