It’s one of our favorite weekends of the summer, so go big or go home. Feel like entertaining? Invite the whole gang over for Jersey favorites like local corn on the cob, treats from the sea and fresh blueberries. Haul out all your red, white and blue partyware including tablecloths, napkins, placemats, plates and glasses. It doesn’t have to be fancy, just festive! Make it bright and cheery, then sit back with a tall, cold something and get ready for pool time and fireworks.
