Festival of Tulips

📅: Opens Saturday, March 30
📍: Dalton Farms, Swedesboro
ℹ️: Explore fields of tulips and daffodils at this annual festival, where you can pick your own blooms. Live music, food vendors, a beer garden and a farmers market are on-site on weekends.
💸: $13-$18, plus $2/stem or 10 for $10

Cherry Blossom Festival

📅: Saturday, April 6-Sunday, April 14
📍: Branch Brook Park, Essex County
ℹ️: Branch Brook Park (not Washington, DC!) has the largest collection of cherry blossoms in the world and hosts an annual festival with a bike race, family day, and more activities to be enjoyed alongside the breathtaking display.

Open Days Gardens

📅: Saturday, April 13 & Saturday, May 4
📍: The Garden Conservancy, Garrison
ℹ️: The Garden Conservancy allows visitors to explore gardens at private homes in the state.

Daffodil Day

📅: Sunday, April 14 (11 am-3 pm)
📍: Reeves-Reed Arboretum, Summit
ℹ️: See one of the largest daffodil collections in the state, alongside music, games, crafts and more.
💸: Free for arboretum members and children under 3; for nonmembers, $10 per person

Margate’s Cherry Blossom Festival

📅: Sunday, April 14 (noon-4 pm)
📍: Margate Community Church, Margate
ℹ️: The community’s inaugural festival celebrates spring with cherry blossoms, music, crafts, food and more.

U-Pick Tulips: Spring Spectacular

📅: Opens mid-April
📍: Holland Ridge Farms, Cream Ridge
ℹ️: Stroll fields of tulips and pick your own blooms from Jersey’s largest tulip display. There are food trucks daily, plus live music and a farmers market on weekends.
💸: $15-$30, plus $1/stem (ages 2 and under free)

Earth Day Weekend Celebration

📅: Monday, April 22-Tuesday, April 23
📍: New Jersey Botanical Garden, Ringwood
