Don’t Miss: Start with pan-seared Chesapeake crab cake sliders ($14) or an appetizer platter of crispy calamari, mozzarella sticks, broccoli-and-salmon croquettes and Buffalo wings with three dipping sauces ($15). Entrées include lobster ravioli in a tomato-vodka sauce with basil and fresh asparagus ($19), pecan-crusted chicken salad served with mandarin oranges, glazed pecans, dried cranberries and Gorgonzola cheese tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette ($14), and jambalaya with chicken, shrimp and andouille sausage served with rice in a creole sauce ($18). Build your own burger ($10 plus toppings), or try a grilled flatbread pizza such as the margherita pie ($10) or Stoney Brook’s signature pizza with grilled chicken, roasted peppers, roasted garlic, and asiago and mozzarella cheeses ($13).
