STYLE

An Argentinean-inspired restaurant filled with colorful antiques, like repurposed vintage suitcases, mismatched glasses, light fixtures, and authentic cigar-wrapper wallpaper.

THE SCOOP

Argentinean immigrants and mother-son duo Estela Buontempo Orosco and Santiago Orosco opened the restaurant in 2006 to offer home-cooked meals and desserts. Its Lambertville location opened in 2017.

THE MENU

The drool-worthy burrata-toast starter tops a thick, crispy slice of bread with a tomato-basil/red-wine vinaigrette reduction, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and a plump ball of burrata covered in basil oil. Beef empanadas, duck confit mac and cheese, and artichoke rice balls are also noteworthy starters.

Argentinean-style meatloaf is wrapped in bacon, covered in a red sauce and mozzarella cheese, and served atop smooth mashed potatoes. Other entrées include seafood, chops, pastas and salads. Sample lots of flavors with the signature tapas tower: for $35, pick three from a list of more than 15 tapas, including skirt steak, polenta fries and pork-belly bites.

Don’t skip out on dessert! Try the 20-layer crepe cakes; the filling flavors change regularly.
