Style: A modern, family-friendly space tucked into a strip mall on Hillsborough’s main drag. Generous table and hibachi seating.

Don’t Miss: The wide selection of special rolls will keep sushi devotees coming back to try them all. Oversized special rolls, like the Hillsboro, (tuna, crab, avocado and cucumber topped with a spicy dressing, $14), or the  Osaka (spicy tuna, shrimp tempura and avocado wrapped in white seaweed, $12), are filling. Traditional rolls—Boston, Philadelphia and California—are also generously sized. Kalbi ($20), a marinated Korean-style short rib, is tender and comforting. Noodle dishes ($13–$16) as well as shrimp, salmon, beef, chicken or seafood-medley teriyaki ($16–25) will please the sushi shy. On the hibachi beef, chicken and seafood combinations range from $25 to $38; single entrées are $15 to $36; children’s items are $11 to $13.
