Some restaurants close on Thanksgiving Day; others open their doors and serve a traditional turkey repast. Herewith, a listing of New Jersey restaurants that reached out to Table Hopping to let readers know their house is your home for the day’s dinner.
Two quick notes: Prices do not include tax and tip. All dinners listed are offered on Thursday, November 23—Thanksgiving Day.
First up, because it’s headquartered at 1 Wild Turkey Way in Hamburg, is Crystal Springs, a four-season resort located in Sussex County. There are six options for Thanksgiving meals, from a buffet to American- and Italian-accented menus at the Crystal Tavern and Springs Bistro, and an all-out, five-course menu at Restaurant Latour. N.B.: Reserve soon for Thanksgiving at Latour, which will have on its $125 per person fixed-price menu a starter of oysters, caviar and sea urchin paired with apples, followed by chestnut agnolotti with white truffles, Hokkaido scallops accompanied by garnet sweet potato, and heritage turkey with stuffing and fall vegetables. Dessert will be pumpkin roasted in hot ashes dressed with honey, pink peppercorns and brown butter.

Olón, with chef Jose Garces. Special dinner: Panca-roasted turkey with all the trimmings, white cheddar chorizo cornbread stuffing, spiced sweet potato mash with marshmallows and seasonal vegetables. Cost: $24 per plate.
Cuba Libre Restaurant and Rum Bar with a menu from its new wood-fired Latin Grill. Price: $68 for two, $34 for each additional person.
Casa Taco & Tequila Bar’s three-course turkey dinner is $28 for adults and $14 for children under 12.
Il Verdi’s three-course prix-fixe menu is $38.95 per person.
Carmine’s traditional Thanksgiving feast is a package deal to feed 8 people for $249 that includes an 18-pound roasted turkey with all the trimmings. Dine in, take-out or, with advance arrangements, delivery.
Palm Restaurant has a three-course Thanksgiving menu for $55 per adult and $24 for children under 12.
Fiesta Buffet’s “Surf & Turf Buffet” features traditional roasted turkey with all the trimmings at $31.95 per person.
Seaside Café is offering a three-course dinner for $19.95 per person.
