GREAT BEER EXPO
On February 6, the Sixth Annual Great Beer Expo will be held at Harmon Meadow, 355 Plaza Drive, Secaucus, with more than 80 breweries from all over the world in attendance. Session 1 from 12:30 to 4 PM; session 2 from 5:30 to 9 PM; $45, plus tax and fees when purchased online in advance of the event. If available, tickets will cost $60 at the door. A Designated Driver ticket is $10, plus tax and fees. Food and water will be available for purchase. Ticket price includes admission, a souvenir tasting glass and beer tasting. Frost Bites will be held at The Women’s Club, 200 Cooper Avenue, Montclair. A VIP meet-and-greet with NJ native and Food Network star chef Amanda Freitag will be part of the event and attendees will take home a copy of her new book, The Chef Next Door. The evening will also feature small-bite fare from 25 top chefs including Ani Ramen, Applegate Farms, Ariane Bar & Kitchen, Blue Jay Syrup, Burg, Costanera, Dolce Federica, Escape, Fitzgerald’s, Java Love, Mish Mish, Miss Nicky’s, Pig and Prince, The Orange Squirrel, Villalobos and Vital Dining; wine from Amanti Vino; Bubbles from Taittinger and music from Julie’s Party.
