James Corona is the executive chef at Doris & Ed’s, 348 Shore Dr, Highlands (732-872-1565).

Congratulations to Ed Coss, chef at the Milford Oyster House, 92 Water St, Milford (908-995-9411), whose crab and white asparagus soup was named Best Soup in Hunterdon County at a fundraiser held for Hunterdon Rotary clubs.
