David Felton, previously of the Pluckemin Inn in Bedminster, is the executive chef at Ninety Acres Culinary Center at Natirar, 2 Main St, Peapack-Gladstone. The center, which will house a restaurant, cooking school, and working farm, is expected to open in the fall.
Evelyn Hsu, a veteran restaurant professional with nearly ten years of management experience, has been named general manager of Chakra, W 144 Rt 4 E, Paramus (201-556-1530). Hsu comes to Chakra from restaurant.mc in Millburn and previously launched Peacock Alley at the Waldorf Astoria in Manhattan and Copeland at the Westin Governor Morris in Morristown.
