Rosie has the latest information on where NJ chefs are manning the stoves.

Landmark Hospitality has announced that Klaus Kronsteiner has been named executive chef for Liberty House Catering, 78 Audrey Zapp Dr, Jersey City (201-395-0300). Kronsteiner trained at the Culinary Institute in his native Austria and most recently was at Craft restaurants under celebrity chef Tom Colicchio and chef de cuisine at Liberty National Golf Club in Jersey City, which is also Colicchio affiliation.
