Watch the cows grazing in the field while you feast on roast suckled veal, pastured poultry, winter and spring vegetables, cheese, and other gleanings, at the Beltane Festival at Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse, 369 Stamets Rd, Milford (Hunterdon County). A tent will be set up, and there will be ales from the Ship Inn and elsewhere. Owners Jonathan and Nina White write, “There will be music and perhaps dancing, but not naked ’round the fire, so don’t bother asking!” Festivities will begin at 1 PM; $50 including food, drink, music, and a tour of the farm.
