SATURDAY, DECEMBER 28
The Cape May Wine Trail will be held throughout Cape May County’s wineries with lunch at The Mad Batter Restaurant, 19 Jackson Street. After lunch, a trolley shuttle will take attendees to Natali Vineyards, Hawk Haven Vineyard & Winery and the new Willow Creek Winery, where they will learn about viniculture and visit the tasting rooms. TUESDAY, JANUARY 14

George Staikos, a wine educator, sommelier, and corporate speaker, will host an Italy Uncorked wine class at 55 Main Restaurant, 55 Main St, Flemington. 7 to 9 PM. WEDNESDAY JANUARY 15

Bryan Gregg, chef/owner of Escape at 345 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair will be partnering with Anthony Bucco, executive chef of The Ryland Inn in Whitehouse Station to jointly host a five-course, Best of the New Jersey Seashore wine-paired dinner at Escape. 7PM; $95 with 50 percent of the proceeds being donated to cancer research and treatment in New Jersey.
