Manny Salas is the executive chef at Olive Lucy’s Kitchen Table, 52 Speedwell Ave, Morristown (973-998-8333).
Steven Santoro is the executive chef at Local Seasonal Kitchen, 41 W Main St, Ramsey (201-962-9400); BYO. He was previously at Fresco in New York City and before that at Dish in Passaic.
