Claude Chassagne is the new executive chef at The Fig Tree, 306-308 Park Avenue, Hoboken (201-420–0444). Previously Chassagne was a private chef in NYC and before that was the chef/owner of Restaurant Chubo in NYC. The Fig Tree is participating in Hudson Restaurant Week, which will be held July 29 to August 9, so this would be a great opportunity to get a first taste of chef Chassagne’s cooking.
Joseph Muldoon, previously of The Reserve at Bally’s, Atlantic City, is the chef/owner of Roberta’s, 1205 Tilton Road, Northfield (609-667-0470); BYO.
Brian Walter is the co-owner/chef at Hyatt Hills Pub aka Oh’Brian’s Deli & Grill, located at the Hyatt Hills Golf Course, 1300 Raritan Road, Clark (732-669-9024).
