Chef Justin Yu from Oxheart in Houston, Texas and Alan Kaufman from Shibumi Farm in Princeton will be collaborating on a Cultivated and Wild Mushrooms of NJ Dinner with Scott Anderson at Elements, 163 Bayard Lane, Princeton.
