Giuseppe Di Pietro is the executive chef at Anna’s Ristorante, formerly known as Brix 67, 67 Union Pl, Summit (908-273-4448); BYO.
Matthew Gavzie is the chef/co-owner of MK Valencia Restaurant and Lounge, 228 Main St, Ridgefield Park (201-373-0228).
Timour Ghoniem is the chef at Bar Majestic, 275 Grove St, Jersey City (201-451-4400), which serves Peruvian cuisine.
William Prunty is the executive chef at Ciao, 665 Martinsville Rd, Basking Ridge (908-647-6007), and 3 West, also at 665 Martinsville Rd, Basking Ridge (908-647-3000). The Brooklyn native is a graduate of the New York Restaurant School and the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked at Bouley and Liam in New York City and at Frankies Spuntino and Prime Meats in Brooklyn. Prunty has prepared dinners for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and President Bill Clinton and has contributed recipes to national cookbooks and cooking magazines.
