The Carriage House Bistro and Bar: F.M. Kirby Carriage House at the Paper Mill Playhouse, 22 Brookside Drive, Millburn. The restaurant offers seasonal American cuisine and a full bar. It is open Wednesday through Sunday from 4:30 until 10 PM; brunch, Sundays from 11 AM until 2 PM. The restaurant will be open prior to matinee performances at the theater on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. On performance days the restaurant will offer a three-course prix-fixe menu. When the theater is dark, The Carriage House Bistro and Bar will offer an à la carte menu featuring seasonal favorites. Reservations: 973-609-2429.
