MICHAEL FIORIANTI AND YOHAN JEON FROM SATIS
Michael Fiorianti is the executive chef at the recently opened Satis, 289 Glenwood Avenue, Bloomfield (973-743-1097). He will be at the restaurant full time while also overseeing the original Satis in Jersey City, where Yohan Jeon will continue to serve as chef de cuisine. Jeon has worked there for about three years. Before that, he worked in the kitchens of Jean Georges Vongerichten and David Chang.
