WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 11
A Holiday Sparkling Tasting with passed appetizers and light buffet will be held at Rosie’s Wine Bar, 514 North Ave, Garwood. 5 PM to midnight; $45, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations: 908-518-WINE.

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12
A five-course dinner with River Horse Brewery will be held at Tim McLoone’s Supper Club, 1200 Ocean Ave on the Boardwalk, Asbury Park with a portion of the benefits going to the Valerie Fund. 7 to 10 PM; $50, plus gratuity. Reservations: 732-774-1400.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14
A Christmas cooking class will be held at Phillips Seafood, The Pier Shops at Caesars, One Atlantic Ocean, Atlantic City. 11:30; $75 includes the chef demo, lunch and wine tasting. Call 609-348-2273 to register.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 20
The Pop Shop, 729 Haddon Ave, Collingswood will host a Pajama Party with Santa. Wear your PJs and join Santa for a festive breakfast-inspired dinner buffet and sing carols. 5:30 PM; $16.95 adults; $8.95 for children, plus tax and gratuity. No charge for non-eating babies. THURSDAY, DECEMBER 26
A Chef’s Dine Around, a five-course gourmet feast, with each course served in one of Cape May’s premier restaurants will be held throughout Cape May with a trolley shuttle between restaurants. SATURDAY, DECEMBER 28

The Cape May Wine Trail will be held throughout Cape May County’s wineries with lunch at The Mad Batter Restaurant, 19 Jackson Street. After lunch a trolley shuttle will take attendees to Natali Vineyards, Hawk Haven Vineyard & Winery and the new Willow Creek Winery, where they will learn about viniculture and visit the tasting rooms.
