Bryan Gregg is the executive chef at the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn, 1 E Franklin Tpk, Ho-Ho-Kus (201-445-4115).

Eric Martin, who was the opening chef at Rat’s in Hamilton, will be the executive chef at Market Yard Grille, American Hotel, 18 E Main St, Freehold (732-431-3220).

Patrick Muller is the pastry chef at the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn, 1 E Franklin Tpk, Ho-Ho-Kus (201-445-4115).
