The Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa, One Borgata Way, Atlantic City, held a Savor Borgata Restaurant Weekend, November 6 through November 8. We attended on Saturday, November 7, and had a most delicious time. The evening began with a meet and greet with the Borgata chefs: Bobby Flay, Bobby Flay Steak; Wolfgang Puck, Wolfgang Puck American Grille; Geoffrey Zakarian, culinary lifestyle consultant, The Water Club at Borgata; Michael Schulson, Izakaya Modern Japanese Pub; and Stephen Kalt, Fornelletto Cucina & Wine Bar. The culminating event was Savor Borgata Street Eats, which was held in the Borgata Ballroom, where there were beer and wine stations, culinary demonstrations and tastings of global street fare.
